Very happy with the service from Capital Granite. We initially delayed templating due to issues with appliances which was not a problem for the CG team. They were also very patient when I was uncertain about my choice of stone! During templating the fitter, Andy, was super friendly and made a few good suggestions about where to place cut-outs and upstands as well as leaving us with additional upstand to fit inside our worktop pantry which the team were happy to cut to size later on once we knew the measurements. The team have been helpful and obliging throughout and we’re really pleased with the outcome. The worktop is Carrara Misterio quartz.

I have to say I needed a steer on what works best for an inset sink and induction hob and so on, and they helped me with all this and showed various examples with discussions on pros and cons incl advise on doing a full splash back as opposed to an upstand. They allowed me into their workshop so I could see all works were being done on site. The fitter who later arrived post the worktop being cut – followed through on the detail and kept mess to a minimal. My kitchen looks amazing and I can not fault it. Definitely worth going from SW London to Walthamstow for my kitchen worktops! Lisa and the guys were so helpful when I was trying to decide which one to go for, and the quote I received from them was similar to quotes from more local companies, only Capital Granite’s included VAT, while the others didn’t. When they came to template, they were incredibly patient as I worked out how I wanted the corners, and the fitting happened within a week. Unfortunately the resin came out of one of the joints, but they came back and fixed it as soon as they could. Best customer service I’ve had in years, and I love my new worktop.

Capital Granite were an excellent company to work with – I had a tricky project that required them to rework an existing ex-display worktop (two huge slabs of Dekton) to fit into my kitchen (inc the creation of a bespoke contrasting slab to fit a gap in the surface.) They were the only company who were confident ad skilled enough to be able to take this on, and throughout the process they were very clear on how things would work and what was needed. Their fitting team on the day were especially patient in fitting the slabs, and inventive and dutiful in dealing with some on-site issues. I would unreservedly recommend them for any such projects (they also have a large facility with lots of materials on site.and an extensive showroom as well, which makes material selections etc. really easy). Capital Granite was a very lucky find for us: on the basis of her experience a neighbour recommended them for worktops after we told them about our travails finding good but affordable suppliers for kitchen ‘stuff’ as we were trying to put together something that looked custom on a budget. I think we had assumed that CG only did stone (very wrong) and that, being local and London-based, we probably couldn’t afford them (also very wrong). They have an amazing range of natural and manufactured stone worktops and the best thing is that they have full slabs for much of their stock right outside the door! No more trying to guess what your worktop will look like from a 5×5 piece, you can see it in full and even slap down a deposit on a particular piece! Daniela was very patient with us while we looked and looked again at the different types and they were also able to source us a specific sink and tap at a price that puts the online retailers to shame while giving us confidence that everything would work together. So well worth the visit in person, allowing for Covid-safe guidance.

Templating and Installation were quick and painless. Overall price was lower than we had any right to expect, so I hope they keep up the good work.

Cannot stop smiling every time we look at our kitchen. The service from start to finish was absolutely amazing and professional. The worktop looks amazing and is exactly what we wanted. The range of worktops is great and the best bit is you get to select the actual worktop that will be fitted into your kitchen leaving no surprises in terms of pattern etc. Unfortunately due to the absolute shambles of so called service from Wickes (avoid them at all costs), we had to delay the worktop installation date which Daniella was happy to accommodate so thanks again for that! 100% recommend!

Cannot stop smiling every time we look at our kitchen. The service from start to finish was absolutely amazing and professional. The worktop looks amazing and is exactly what we wanted. The range of worktops is great and the best bit is you get to select the actual worktop that will be fitted into your kitchen leaving no surprises in terms of pattern etc. Unfortunately due to the absolute shambles of so called service from Wickes (avoid them at all costs), we had to delay the worktop installation date which Daniella was happy to accommodate so thanks again for that! 100% recommend!

Just used them for quartz worktop for my kitchen during my house refurbishment.

Popped in to the showroom and was given a quote on the spot.

Lisa dealt with all follow up queries really quickly.

The guy that came to measure up was really friendly and helpful.

Despite saying it would be 2 weeks from survey to installation, they were ready to install in just a few days. Might have just got lucky of course, but either way it was a nice bonus.

I wasn’t at home on the day of installation but my builder said they were very good and careful.

Happy with the price too.

Would 100% use again on any future projects.

We had our kitchen worktops ordered and fitted through Capital Granite. They were friendly and professional. The turnaround from the time of ordering to fitting was very fast at just over one week (naturally this depends on the availability of your worktop). No question was too small or too big. They contacted me both during and after the templating to ensure that I was aware of the different options/designs, such as where the joins would be, how I was going to have my sink fitted, etc. Very happy with my worktops. Daniella and Lisa were always happy to help and would 100% recommend Capital Granite!!

I was recommended Capital Granite by my local architect and I have to say it was an extremely good service and high quality finish. I got my whole kitchen done with white quartz, my fireplace hearth done in matt granite and my bathroom work surface done in quartz. Very well organised, very high finish and good prices too – I cancelled my IKEA worktops because they were so disorganised so I was so happy when I found these guys! I’d recommend to go and check out their factory/warehouse as you can pick from a huge selection of materials and the guys know exactly what they’re doing. THANK YOU!

Wonderful service from Capital Granite. We ordered a quartz worktop for our new kitchen and received a first class service from Daniella, who made the whole process very easy. The fitters, Andy and Carlo, were very professional and competent when installing the worktop. My wife and I are delighted with the product and would have no hesitation in recommending Capital Granite.

From selection to installation Capital Granite were absolutely fantastic . We mainly dealt with Carlos, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Especially for someone like me who struggle to make a decision. He came up with many fantastic options and was patient offering many helpful suggestions.
They were extremely quick. They came out to template two days after we paid the deposit and the worktops and installed two days later. Excellent in all regards. They came to measure the template on Monday, and returned to fit the worktop on Friday – 5 days from start to finish! I had been to a major competitor who quoted me £1700 more and said it would take 4-6 weeks – absolutely no contest. I dealt with Carlos who was really patient and explained everything to me, and showed me around all the stone they had. Most importantly of all, the fit and finish is excellent – it is exactly what i wanted for a really really good price! Thanks guys!
