Excellent service all round from Capital Granite – we chose them to supply new granite worktops for our existing kitchen and utility room (having had a range of quotes elsewhere). Great advice and very efficient quotations from Lisa, helpful suggestions that made us confident they knew what they were doing and honestly working to provide what we wanted. Quick turnaround from templating to fitting and their installers worked hard and neatly to deliver a first-class finish (and took care to be covid-19 safe!). Cannot stop smiling every time we look at our kitchen. The service from start to finish was absolutely amazing and professional. The worktop looks amazing and is exactly what we wanted. The range of worktops is great and the best bit is you get to select the actual worktop that will be fitted into your kitchen leaving no surprises in terms of pattern etc. Unfortunately due to the absolute shambles of so called service from Wickes (avoid them at all costs), we had to delay the worktop installation date which Daniella was happy to accommodate so thanks again for that! 100% recommend!

Lisa dealt with all follow up queries really quickly.

The guy that came to measure up was really friendly and helpful.

Despite saying it would be 2 weeks from survey to installation, they were ready to install in just a few days. Might have just got lucky of course, but either way it was a nice bonus.

I wasn’t at home on the day of installation but my builder said they were very good and careful.

Happy with the price too.

Would 100% use again on any future projects.

We had our kitchen worktops ordered and fitted through Capital Granite. They were friendly and professional. The turnaround from the time of ordering to fitting was very fast at just over one week (naturally this depends on the availability of your worktop). No question was too small or too big. They contacted me both during and after the templating to ensure that I was aware of the different options/designs, such as where the joins would be, how I was going to have my sink fitted, etc. Very happy with my worktops. Daniella and Lisa were always happy to help and would 100% recommend Capital Granite!!

I was recommended Capital Granite by my local architect and I have to say it was an extremely good service and high quality finish. I got my whole kitchen done with white quartz, my fireplace hearth done in matt granite and my bathroom work surface done in quartz. Very well organised, very high finish and good prices too – I cancelled my IKEA worktops because they were so disorganised so I was so happy when I found these guys! I’d recommend to go and check out their factory/warehouse as you can pick from a huge selection of materials and the guys know exactly what they’re doing. THANK YOU!

I was remodeling my bathroom and needed a granite or quartz, I had a quartz in mind which Capital Granite could supply. When I visited their showroom I was helped by Sandy and she helped me find a beautiful granite that saved me money and actually matched better than what I had researched. I was able to get a quote that didn’t scare my husband off. Once ready I received excellent service and they managed to template fast and install the next day. I couldn’t be happier.
